Dear Eric,

Just a note to let you know how much I admire your Von Falconer Canine facility.  I feel so privileged to have been able to buy one of your puppies.  Your dedication to excellence is evident in the health, disposition and correctness of my puppy.  I cannot thank you enough for the support you have offered through the entire process.  Considering how busy you are, I find it incredible that you make yourself so available to answering question and going the extra mile.

Thank you so much for letting me borrow the crates and for your help with the concerns I had yesterday.  As you know one of my goals for Bella is to train her as a therapy dog.  The enclosed photo is of one of her first visits.  My little friend Leah is terminal with cancer and she was laughing with delight when Bella gave her a kiss.  The other picture you have was taken at 8 weeks old when a friend Jack Wilkens came to visit.

Hi Eric and Bryan,

Here are a couple of pix of the dogs river rafting last summer on the Truckee River while we were at Tahoe.  They had an absolute blast and whine every day to go back.  Walks in La Canada are not as much fun as their vacation in Tahoe.  They have a great life!

Dax is doing extremely well! His obedience and socialization are coming along beautifully, and it turns out that he is quite fond of car rides. I wanted to ask though, since my Vet is not familiar with the breed, Dax weighed 60 lbs at his seven-month check-up, does that sound about right?

I'm not concerned that he is over/underweight, as I'm sure you can tell by the photos that he looks fantastic (admittedly, I'm a bit biased), but I was wondering how much larger he might get?  I promise to send more pictures once I have them!

Hi Eric,
I wanted to let you know how wonderfully Tri is doing.  It is hard for us to believe that he is the same dog! The dynamics of the house have changed and I think that has helped.  We all made an effort to let Tri settle in and not place stress on him.  I think it really helped to have Buster at a different home (he is doing great with his new family, too!).

Tri spends most of the day with me - and he is very content.  He started jumping in the pool - nearly every 5 minutes - he looked like a bear!  I had to put a stop to it because I was afraid he would one day jump onto one of the kids.

He is the most wonderful and kind animal. We are very thankful for all the time and special care you gave Tri and for giving him another training partner.  He is incredibly responsive and does nearly everything we ask with consistency.  We are still working on the off-leash call back - but I have not put him in a place or situation where he or anyone else could be hurt by his disobedience.  Therefore, we have not had a single stressful situation with him.

He seems so happy at our new house.  We have almost 1/4 acre with grass and trees - he is very relaxed and loving.  I will keep you posted on his progress.
