Sales Agreement

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required when ordering your dog, with the balance to be paid in full upon delivery of the dog.  Once you receive your dog you have 72 hours to exchange the dog for another one if for some reason you are not satisfied with above dog.  Von Falconer K-9 does not refund money under any circumstances, we will only replace dogs and that is only up to 72 hours after purchase.  Unless the dog has a physical problem show up that is determined to be genetic. (See guarantee.)

Guarantee

This guarantee is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and seller's obligation in the event of failure of such guarantee will be to replace said dog.  Under no circumstances shall seller be obligated to refund buyer's purchase price.  Buyer's sole remedy to be a replacement dog.

All dogs supplied by Von Falconer K-9 are guaranteed to be physically sound upon delivery.  If a physical problem is detected within 30 days  from date of purchase that restricts the dog from its duties, and is determined to be genetic, the dog  will be replaced at no cost to you.  This guaranteed does not cover injuries to the dog incurred while training or working.  If a physical problem is found to be from improper care, handling or training of the dog, Von Falconer K-9 reserves the right to deny replacement.
